EMPLOYEES ACCOUNT ACCESS ONLINE

This development allows members of the Local Government Pension Scheme to view their pension records online, submit queries and change address detail. Information available to view online is dependant upon your status under the LGPS and is listed below:

The service is not available to uniform members of the Fire Fighters Pension Scheme or members of the Teachers Pension Scheme or casual employees and elected members of the council.
The registration process is in two parts.

Firstly, you must create an account and in order to verify your email address an eight character Activation Code will be sent in an email, containing the link into the online service. Access the Registered Users area and enter your nominated Username and your elected password.  This will take you to a Security Information screen where you are required to enter specific characters from your nominated memorable details, followed by a screen to enter the eight character Activation Code. This code is case sensitive and must be entered exactly as shown.

Account Enrolment then requires you to enter your personal details, including your home post code.  If the postcode does not match that which we currently hold on our records you will be prompted to submit an enquiry email.

The second part of the registration is a letter in the post confirming your username and providing you with a four digit unlock code.  This is to be enter when prompted.

Any address change submitted online will normally be updated on your record within five working days.
