LGPS 19A - Nomination of Cohabiting Partner for Survivors Pension Active Members who were paying into the LGPS on, or after, 1 April 2008 may nominate a cohabiting partner to receive a Survivor’s Pension in the event of their death by competing a ’Nomination of a Cohabiting Partner for Survivor’s Pension Form’.
