The UK Corporate Governance Code (formerly the Combined Code) sets out standards of good practice in relation to board leadership and effectiveness, remuneration, accountability and relations with shareholders.

The UK Stewardship Code sets out good practice on engagement with investee companies to which the FRC believes institutional investors should aspire. A statement on the Fund's compliance with the FRC Stewardship Code provides a description of how the principles of the Stewardship Code have been applied by the Fund. This statement can be found below.
