The Avon Pension Fund is pleased to publish its latest Responsible Investment Annual Report.
The report details the activities undertaken during 2021 by the Fund, our managers and our partners to deliver and support our Responsible Investing Policy.
Some of this year’s key achievements include publishing our first Taskforce on Climate Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) report, reaching our goal to become 30% less carbon intensive than the broader equity market – 2 years ahead of schedule, and to have more than half of our equity portfolio invested in low carbon strategies.
Our Responsible Investment priorities remain unchanged for the coming year as does our commitment to create value for our beneficiaries and at the same time make a positive environmental and social impact.
