We’re really pleased to reveal our new website.

You’ll notice we’ve got a new look, designed to be more digital and user-friendly. 

Our old website had to be replaced. We decided to take the opportunity to make our website more user-friendly.   

We’ve designed this website to help members do more of the tasks they want to do online, making content easier to find and simpler to understand.  

New ‘Tell us’ function improves user-experience

Using the ‘Tell us’ section members can find with clear instructions to help them complete various tasks. 

This includes how to tell us about: 

  • a change of address
  • a change of bank details
  • their Expression of Wish nomination for a death grant

New digital platform designed with accessibility in mind

We’ve also worked hard to make the website more accessible. The new website supports assistive technology such as screen readers and speech recognition software. It also works better across a range of devices such as mobile phones or tablets.
