What you need to tell us
We won’t be able to update your record if you forget to include any of the following.
- your full name
- your National Insurance number
- your date of birth
- your new address in full
- your previous address in full
You need to tell us about these changes using our online services or in writing. We cannot accept changes over the telephone.
