We’ve made it easier for you to make decisions about your pension, tell us about any changes and plan for your future.

All members need to create a new account

Members that currently have a my pension online account will need to securely create a new account for the upgraded platform.

Even if you already have an online account, it’s no longer valid from 24th November 2025 and you’ll need to create a new account. That’s because we’ve added an extra layer of security to your login process. It’ll take less than 3 minutes to set up.

Brand new sign-ups will initially go through a secure Electronic Identity Verification (EIDV) process.
